Excite Chat Sucks and were not taking it anymore! |

| We have taken this BS for long enough. PI has
shot themselves in the foot this time and their skull is too thick for anyone to get the
message across. Therefore we must keep the protest e-mail coming. If you haven't heard already, PI is closing there IRC server and replacing there IRC server with JAVA chat. I have tired those sorry excuses for chat rooms and they suck the big one. They are slow, the screen gets updated about once a min, they have no features to help you find the people you want to talk to in the rooms you want to be in, and most importantly the people are unfriendly and rude (even ruder than me). Call me and a few hundred other people crazy but they consider irc.prodigy.net there little home in cyberspace. We do not want to go to Dalnet or any other IRC server; we want our PI IRC server. We as in paying customers who aren't going to take this anymore. Can Prodigy really be this stupid to ignore this many complaint e-mails about there new chat program? I guess they forgot the key rule of capitalism, make the customer happy or they won't come back.
